摘  要:目的研究大孔树脂静态吸附香椿子多酚的热力学与动力学特征。方法福林酚法测定香椿子多酚含有量,考察大孔树脂(DM130、AB-8、HPD400、HPD450、HPD-826)的吸附效果,绘制等温线、动力学的静态吸附曲线。结果HPD400大孔树脂的吸附符合Freundlich、Langmuir方程,为吸热、熵增、可逆和自发进行的吸附,可用准二级动力学方程表示吸附动力学规律,其主要速控步骤为液膜扩散,吸附活化能为0.937 k J/mol。结论 HPD400大孔树脂对香椿子多酚有较好的吸附性能。AIM To study the thermodynamic and kinetic characteristics of static adsorption of polyphenols from Toona sinensis seeds by macroporous resin. METHODS Folin-Ciocalteu method was applied to determining the content of polyphenols. The adsorption effects of macroporous resins( DM130,AB-8,HPD400,HPD450 and HPD-826) were investigated, from which the static adsorption curves of isotherm and kinetics were drawn.RESULTS The endothermal,entropy-increasing,reversible and spontaneous adsorption of HPD-400 macroporous resin corresponded to Freundlich and Langmuir equations,and its adsorption kinetic law could be expressed by pseudo-second-order kinetic equation. Subsequently,the adsorption activation energy was calculated to be 0. 937 k J / mol,and the main rate-determining step was found to be the liquid membrane diffusion. CONCLUSION HPD400macroporous resin exhibits a good adsorption performance for polyphenols from T. sinensis seeds.
