玉米临时收储价格政策实施效果与改制原因分析

摘　　要：2016年中国政府用"市场化收购"与"补贴"相结合的新机制替代玉米临时收储价格政策。通过梳理玉米临时收储价格政策的出台背景、实现方式、实施情况以及经济学机理,从市场、农户、国家等三个主体出发,深入探讨了实施效果与改制原因,并提出了相应的对策建议。Chinese government implemented the novel combined mechanism of ＂marketization purchasing＂ and ＂subsidy＂ to replace the temporary purchasing and storage price policy of corn in 2016. By combing the initiation background,implementation, execution situation and economic principle of the temporary purchasing and storage policy of corn, this article starts from the three subjects of market, farmer and state, discusses the implementation effect and reform reason, and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
