摘 要:对比分析现有成熟的危险废物焚烧处置工艺,针对残渣的特点,明确了残渣焚烧的适用工艺及条件。结果表明,残渣焚烧处置适用工艺是回转窑+二段炉+烟气急冷+干法脱酸+布袋过滤+活性炭吸附,工艺适用条件是一段炉焚烧温度600℃-900℃、二段炉出口温度≥1 100℃、烟气停留时间≥2 s、急冷器出口温度≤150℃。The Appropriate technology of tar dreg or tar pitch incineration was studied by comparative analysis of existing mature technology and incineration experiment of organic contaminated soil mixed tar dreg or tar pitch. The results show that the appropriate technology of tar dreg or tar pitch incineration was the technology combination of Rotary kiln, The second stage furnace, Quench cooler,Dry de acid, Bag filter, Activated carbon adsorption.Optimum technological conditions of the first stage furnace burning temperature was 600-900℃, as the second stage furnace burning temperature was above 1100℃, as the Flue gas retention time was above 2s, as the outlet temperature from quench cooler was under 150℃.
