摘　　要：主要从技术和管理等层面上考察和总结了电子商务的发展现状 ,阐述了电子商务发展的阶段性和商务模式特征 ,分析和总结了企业电子商务发展和应用的制约因素 ,刻画了电子商务的核心和本质 ;最后 ,展望了电子商务研究和应用的发展趋势。In this paper, the motive force,causes,and basis of these changes are discussed form society,economy,management, and technology perspectives. By anglicizing on the social and technical characteristics of E commerce business model or architecture, the restricting factors of development and applications of E commerce are summed up. Finally, the author have pointed the kernel and essence of E commerce,and made prospect on its future.
