咸宁市社区居家老年人精神慰藉需求及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨咸宁市社区居家老年人精神慰藉需求现状及影响因素。[方法]随机抽取咸宁市4个社区,对476名老人进行问卷调查。[结果]社区老年人精神慰藉需求总分为(9.25±3.09)分,需求程度前两位为邻里互助(2.61分±0.95分)和志愿者陪伴(1.96分±1.05分),需求程度最低的是老年人婚姻牵线搭桥(1.14分±0.54分);多元线性回归分析显示文化程度、婚姻状况、自评健康状况、居住状况以及抑郁状况是社区居家老年人精神慰藉需求的主要影响因素,共同解释总变异的11.7%。[结论]应以老年人需求为导向,多层次、多方面发展居家养老精神慰藉服务,促进健康老龄化的实现。Objective：To probe into emotional comfort demand of the elderly at home in community in Xianning city and its influencing factors.Methods：A total of 476 elderly at home in 4communities in Xianning city were randomly selected for the questionnaire.Results：The total score for emotional comfort demand was（9.25±3.09）;the top two demands were neighborhood mutual assistance（2.61±0.95）and volunteers companying（1.96±1.05）;the lowest demand was remarriage（1.14±0.54）.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level,marital status,self-rated health status,living condition and depression status were the major factors affecting the emotional comfort demand of the elderly,which explained 11.7% of the total variance.Conclusion：Oriented by the demands of the elderly,further emotional comfort services should be provided in multi-level and multifaceted in order to realize the healthy aging.
