摘　　要：商业智能是从大量的数据和信息中发掘有用的知识 ,并用于决策以增加商业利润 ,是一个从数据到信息到知识的处理过程。商业智能用来辅助商业活动作出快速反应 ,加快知识的获取速度 ,减少企业不确定性因素的影响。因此满足管理层和决策层对信息知识的时间性和准确性的要求。在对国内外的商业智能发展情况进行充分研究的基础上 ,系统总结了商业智能的出现背景、概念和发展现状 ,阐述了商业智能系统的体系框架和核心技术 ,并介绍了几种典型的商业智能应用。This paper presents a general overview of Business Intelligence (BI) and a systematical summary of its key technologies. BI is a key technology for enterprises to establish and maintain competitive advantages in the era of digital economy. It aims at developing conclusive, fact based and actionable information from daily and historic data generated by enterprise operating systems. And it enables enterprises to make better business decisions more quickly and more easily. BI systems comprise three key technologies: data warehousing, data mining and application oriented decision support.
