承受力约束下调水工程生产用水价格测算与政策建议

摘　　要：采用文献研究法对引洮工程受水区工农业生产者的水价承受力进行了分析,采用实地调查法对受水区生产者的成本收入情况进行了田野调查。测算了农业灌溉、养殖业及工业可承受的水价,提出了稳定生产用水价格、调整农业产业结构、提高工业用水复用率和推广节水灌溉模式四项政策建议。This paper analysis affordable water price with industry and agriculture producers in recipient areas of Tao River Diversion Project.Cost-income of producers in water area is investigated by using the field survey method.The affordable water prices of agricultural irrigation,breed and industry are estimated.Four policy suggestions are put forward,including stabilizing production water price,revising the structure of Planting,raising the reuse rate of industrial water and promoting water-saving irrigation mode.
