青海电力信息系统存储设备一起故障处理分析

摘　　要：介绍了信息系统存储设备HP XP24000一起故障的现象、分析及解决过程。通过对故障问题的定位和深入分析,理顺了影响存储设备运行问题的制约关系,找到了问题的主要原因,及时制定解决方案并消除了设备故障,提高了存储设备的运行稳定性。This paper gives a detailed introduction of the fault occurred in the information system storage equipment HP XP24000, the analysis on the fault and the treatment of the fault. Through the fault location and deep analysis, the constraint relation among the factors effecting the storage equipment operation was sorted and the primary cause for the fault was found, and then eliminated the fault in time with the solution based on the analysis, finally improved the operation stability of the information storage equipment.
