摘　　要：应用外置代理技术 ,将光缆从传输网元中分离出来进行监测、分析与管理 ,有助于对传输网元的管理强化 ,进而提升传输网元的性能。同时就如何监测光纤和光缆 ,给出了实现方法和方案。By applying Outlay Agent technology, a method is introduced of selecting fibre from the transmitting network element and giving it separate monitoring, analyzing and managing,which helps to strengthen the management of the transmitting network element and further improves their performance as well. At the same time, concrete method and project for implementation is proposed over how to monitor fiber in practice.
