形神调节按摩术配合中药治疗椎动脉型颈椎病

摘　　要：目的观察形神调节按摩术配合颈痛方治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法按照椎动脉型颈椎病的诊断标准,将201201月-201312月来自山西大同大学医院针灸理疗科的68例椎动脉型颈椎病患者作为观察对象,使用形神调节按摩术与自拟"颈痛方"相结合的方法对患者进行治疗,30d为一疗程。结果收治的68例椎动脉型颈椎病患者在治疗后,痊愈4例、显效29例、有效22例、无效13例,总有效率达到80.88%,取得了较为理想的治疗效果。结论形神调节按摩术结合中药汤剂治疗椎动脉型颈椎病确有良效,值得推广。Objective Observation of clinical effect on form and spirit regulated massage combined with herbal therapy for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods According to the diagnosis standard of vertebral artery, a total of 68 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were selected from the departments of acupuncture and comprehension of Hospital of Shanxi Datong University from January 2012 to December 2013. We treated the patients with form and spirit regulated massage combined with herbal therapy, 30 days was one course of treatment. Results According to the statistical analysis, 4 cases were cured, 29 cases had marked effect, 22 cases had marked effect, 13 cases without effect, the total curitive rate was 80.88%. Effect of cure was better.Conclusion Treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type by form and spirit regulated massage combined with herbal therapy shows good therapeutic effect. It is worth popularizing.
