摘　　要：目的通过对内部质量审核问题的发现和解决,提高整体质量管理效率。方法天津市疾病预防控制中心专职质量管理人员依据相关质量管理文件组织相关部门对年度内部审核不符合项进行分析,找出根本原因并制定整改措施,关注和追踪预防措施的落实。结果内部审核不符合项由2009年的51项降低到2013年的19项,降低了62.7%,中心实验室质量管理工作有了大幅提升。结论内部审核是提升质量管控力水平的重要手段,要充分利用内部审核不符合项的发现,强化问题的深入分析和整改的落实,达到提高中心整体管理质量的目的。[Objective]To improve quality management efficiency by finding our and solving problems of internal quality audit.[Methods]In the Tianjin Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the full-time quality management personnel organized relevant departments to in analyze the unqualified items in annual internal audit according to relevant quality management documents,find out the causes and make corrective actions, and then pay close attention to and track the implementation of preventive mea-sures.[Results]The unqualified items in annual internal audit decreased from 51 in 2009 to 19 in 2013, which was reduced by62.7%, and the quality management work has increased substantially.[Conclusion]Internal audit is an important means to improve the quality control level. It is necessary to strengthen the detailed analysis of the problems and rectification implementation based on the problems in internal audit, to achieve the goal of improving the quality of laboratory management.
