摘　　要：目的:建立维吾尔药铁力木中总黄酮的含量测定方法,并测定不同极性部位中总黄酮含量。方法:以硝酸铝、亚硝酸钠及氢氧化钠为显色剂,比色法测定维吾尔药铁力木不同极性部位中总黄酮的含量。结果:铁力木乙酸乙酯浸膏中总黄酮的含量最高,为620 mg/g。结论:比色法测定铁力木不同极性部位中总黄酮的含量,简便快速且有良好的稳定性和重复性。Objective： To establish a method on determination of the total flavonoids in Uygur Medicine Mesua ferrea L. and determine the contents in the different extraction section. Methods： With NaNO2-Al （NO3）3- NaOH as chromogenic agent, the total flavonoids contents of the different extraction section of Mesua ferrea L. were determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Results： The content of total flavonoids in ethyl acetate extract was the highest than other extraction section with up to 620 mg/g. Conclusion： The method is simple and fast with good stability and repeatability. It can be measured the content of the total flavonoids in Mesua ferrea L.
