防风通圣散防治肥胖症的研究述评

摘　　要：在查阅相关文献基础上,从防风通圣散防治肥胖症的临床研究和实验研究两方面进行总结,分析了当前研究存在的问题,主要包括:该方减肥降脂作用机理研究尚未深入、临床药效研究重复率高且不规范、缺少对其毒性和配伍规律的系统研究,据此对防风通圣散防治肥胖症的研究提出相关思路。On the basis of relative literature, the clinical study and the experimental study of Fangfeng Tongsheng powder （防风通圣散） on the prevention of obesity is summarized. The problems in the current researches is analyzed, mainly including： the mechanism of the prescription reducing weight is not yet in-depth; the clinical pharmacodynamic study is in a high repetition rate and not standard, it is lack of systematic study on the toxicity and the law of compatibility about this prescription. According to the above analysis, some ideas about Fangfeng Tongsheng powder preventing obesity are put forward.
