摘  要:照明LED是一种新颖光源,有着广泛的应用范围。现有的LED电路中,LED驱动电路为了满足功率因数和成本的要求,通常采用单级PFC(Power Factor Correction,功率因数校正)电路实现。但是这种电路输出的电流纹波非常大,使得LED的发光带有两倍市电闪烁频率,造成人眼不适和LED寿命下降。针对这个问题,设计了一种LED驱动电流纹波抑制电路。可在一定范围内自动适应驱动电流的大小。采用ASMC 0.5μBCD工艺设计,使用Cadence ADE软件仿真电路,电流纹波抑制效果明显,幅值仅为输入的1%~3%,并可适应100 m A到1 A的驱动电流。Lighting LED is a novel light source, it has a wide range of applications. In order to meet the requirements of power factor and cost, the LED driver circuit is usually implemented in a single PFC(Factor Correction Power) circuit. However, the current ripple of the output of this circuit is very large, which makes the light emitting of LED with two times the frequency of the electric flicker, resulting in the human eye discomfort and LED life. Aiming at this problem, a LED driving current ripple suppression circuit is designed. Can automatically adapt to the size of the driving current in a certain range. Using ASMC 0.5BCD process design, using the ADE Cadence software simulation circuit, the current ripple suppression effect is obvious, the amplitude is only the input of 1%~3%, and can adapt to 1A to 100 m A drive current.
