摘  要:探讨了利用MATLAB中的x PC工具箱设计电动转向试验台的方法 ,借助MATLAB/Simulink的图形化建模,结合实时工作间(Real-Time Workshop)和x PC工具箱,可同时进行模拟量和数字量的输入输出、实时数据处理。利用MATLAB下的x PC工具箱开发PCI-1720、PCI-8360A板卡的驱动,从而达到控制电动转向试验台上的伺服电机;通过连接电路x PC控制的伺服电机能够随转角的变化而加载相应的转矩,达到了实时控制伺服电机加载的目的;通过对板卡在x PC下驱动的开发,扩展了x PC的应用范围,增强了MATLAB与硬件的通信能力。The method for the development of automotive electric power steering test bench based on xPC toolbox in MATLAB is investigated. In the GUI environment of MATLAB/Simulink with Real-Time Workshop and xPC toolboxes, the analogue and digital signals are collected simultaneously, and the signals can be processed in real time. PCI-1720, PCI-8360A driver is developed using MATLAB under the xPC toolbox, so as to achieve the control of servo motor on the electric steering test bench; the servo motor which is controlled by the connecting circuit xPC can load the corresponding torque with the change of the rotation angle, and achieve the purpose of real-time control of the servo motor loading; by the development of the board in xPC driver, the scope of the application of xPC is expanded, the communication capabilities of MATLAB and hardware are enhanced.
