摘 要:为解决厚煤层沿底板掘进支护成本高,单进水平低的问题,采取地质力学测试,结合FLAC3D数值模拟分析及矿井类似巷道掘进、回采变形情况研究,掌握矿井巷道围岩破坏特征和变形机理,改进巷道支护材料和施工机具,对巷道支护参数进行优化。项目研究结果表明,巷道在掘进和回采期间未出现两帮位移和顶板下沉,巷道单进提高37%,支护材料成本降低370元/m。In order to solve the problems that the cost of thick seam excavation and supporting is high, the singletunneling level is low, taking the geological mechanics test, combined with the FLAC3D numerical simulation analysis and mine roadway excavation, mining deformation research, grasp the failure characteristics and deformation mechanism of surrounding rock of roadway, improve roadway supporting materials and construction equipment, optimize the roadway support parameters, the project research results show that two ribs displacement and the roof subsidence of the roadway did not appear during tunneling and mining period, the single-tunneling level improve 37%, the support material costs 370 yuan / m.
