注二氧化碳防灭火技术在张双楼矿的应用

摘　　要：张双楼煤矿所采7、9煤层均为自燃煤层，自然发火期为3—6个月。2013年11月份开始回采的9421工作面地质条件相当复杂，在工作面开始回采2个月后，采空区多次出现了自然发火征兆，给工作面防灭火工作带来了很大的困难。为了防止工作面采空区自然发火，确保工作面安全生产，多次采取注CO2防灭火技术进行防灭火，经过现场的实践，总结出注CO2防灭火技术在张双楼煤矿应用的经验。The 7 and 9 coal seams of Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine are spontaneous combustion, and the spontaneous combustion period is 3 to 6 months. In 2013 November the beginning of the 9421 working face, the mining geological conditions are very complicated, after mined 2 months in mining working face, repeatedly appeared signs of spontaneous combustion in gob, which has brought great difficulties for the working face of fire prevention work. In order to prevent spontaneous combustion in gob, and ensure the safety in production work, repeatedly take grouting CO2 fire prevention and control technology, by the field of practice, got the application experience of the injection of CO2 fire prevention technology in Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine.
