摘　　要：以邻碘酰苯甲酸为氧化剂,对苯偶姻(二苯乙醇酮)氧化合成苯偶酰(二苯乙二酮)的反应进行研究。考察了影响反应的因素,得出了其最佳的反应条件为:邻碘酰苯甲酸与苯偶姻的物质的量比为1∶1,反应温度为50℃,用二甲基亚砜作溶剂,反应时间40min,产率达98%。Benzil was synthesized by oxidizing benzoin with o-iodoxybenzoic acid as the oxidant.The effects of various factors on the reaction were studied.The optimal reaction conditions were：the molar ratio of oiodoxybenzoic acid and benzoin was 1∶1,dimethyl sulfoxide was the solvent,the temperature of reaction was 50 ℃,and the reaction time was 40 min.Under the optimal conditions,the yield was above 98%.
