摘 要:目的研究能量计算模型对提高非内分泌科护士糖尿病饮食教育能力的应用效果。方法 2014年8月便利抽样法选取南京中医药大学附属张家港医院非内分泌科护士145名,按所在病区奇偶数分为研究组和对照组,分别进行能量计算模型法和食物交换份法的培训,并在培训前和培训6个月后对两组护士进行糖尿病饮食知识的问卷调查和患者个性化饮食方案设计的实境考核,同时计算护士指导单个患者所需时间。结果培训前,两组护士在各项目间考核的差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。6个月后,研究组护士对糖尿病饮食知识掌握程度、个性化饮食方案设计的熟练程度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);研究组护士指导患者所需时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论能量计算模型方法简单直观,操作性强,更利于非内分泌科护士掌握糖尿病饮食教育方面的知识,快速正确地为患者设计饮食方案,更好地对患者进行饮食教育。Objective To evaluate the application effect of energy calculation model in improving the ability of the diabetic dietary education of nurses in non-endocrinology department.Methods By convenience sampling,145 nurses were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the odd or even number of ward.The study group was applied energy calculation model in training and clinical application,and the control group was applied with traditional method.A questionnaire survey on the knowledge of diabetes and the reality assessment for the patients' personalized dietary plan were conducted in two groups of nurses before training and six months after training.In the meantime,the time required by nurses to guide each patient was calculated.Results Before training,there was no statistical significance in all areas between two groups (all P>0.05).After 6 months of training,the level of knowledge about diabetes diet and the design of individualized diet plan of nurses in study group were higher than that of control group (all P<0.05).The time required to guide patients for nurses in study group was less than which in control group (P<0.05).Condusions Energy calculation model is a simple and highly operational method to improve knowledge about diabetes diet.It can also help nurses to design diet plan for diabetes patients more predously and to give more professional education for patients and to improve work efficiency.
