摘 要:目的探索不同层级护士对护患纠纷的认知水平,为缓解及减少护患纠纷提供参考依据。方法 2015年3月,采用目的抽样法,选取吉林大学第一医院二部12名不同层级的曾经有过护患纠纷经历的护士作为研究对象,采用现象学研究方法对其进行半结构式、面对面深入访谈,根据Colaizzi内容分析法进行资料的整理分析,提炼主题。结果高层级护士多认为护患纠纷中护士的因素占主导,而低层级护士多认为患者因素导致纠纷;对各种渠道发生的纠纷,高层级护士均能更好处理;纠纷发生后,各层级护理人员都会受到不同程度的影响;护理工作量及社会舆论导向影响护患纠纷的发生。结论由于不同层级护士对护患纠纷的认知有所不同,高层级护士可对低层级护士给予更多培训及协助;同时,医院及科室应对经历纠纷的护士给予多方面的支持和帮助。Objective To explore the cognition of disputes between nurses and patients of various levels of nurses,in order to provide reference to ease and reduce the disputes between nurses and patients.Methods By using phenomenology method,12 nurses with the experience of nurse-patients disputes were selected and had semi-structured,face to face in-depth interviews.The Colaizzai content analysis method was applied to organize and analyze the data.Results Senior level nurses thought that the leading influencing factor of nurse-patients disputes was nurses,while the low level nurses thought the patients were the leading factor.Senior nurses were able to handle the disputes from different channels.Each level of nursing personnel was affected during the disputes.The incidence of patients-nurse disputes were affected by nursing workload and guidance of public opinions.Conclusions Considering that different levels nurseshave different cognitions on disputes between nurses and patients,high-level nurses should give more training and assistance to low-level nurses.At the same time,the hospitals and departments should give more supports and help to the experiencing nurse-patients disputes.
