封闭式负压吸引效能失效的原因分析及护理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨影响封闭式负压吸引(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)效能失效的原因及护理对策。方法便利抽样选择2013年1月至2014年12月在解放军第89医院创伤骨科病区VSD效能失效的27例患者,对照自行设计的VSD效能观察简易标准,细致观察创面、敷料及负压状态,分析查找原因并实施针对性干预。结果 27例患者中,创面密封不严12例、引流管堵塞或管型闭塞阻断负压源8例、压力参数不在有效吸引范围7例。其中23例分别经透明贴膜再密封、引流管二次固定、定时冲洗负压引流管、动态调节负压参数等处理,负压吸引效能得到恢复,护理有效率达85.1%。结论 VSD效能失效的原因较多,应及时发现并找到原因,有针对性地采取对策.以维护VSD效能,达到满意的临床治疗效果。Objective To discuss the failure factors of the vacuum sealing drainage （VSD）,and nursing countermeasures.Methods A total of 27 patients under VSD treatment was selected randomly.The condition of local soft tissue and VSD were carefully observed.The reasons were analyzed and targeted interventions were applied.Results Of all 27 cases,there were 12 cases of sealing leakage,8 cases of tube blockage,7 cases of low pressure.The 23 cases were fixed by re-sealing,re-fixation of the drainage tube,periodically flushing of the drainage tube,and pressure adjustment.The nursing effect rate was reached to 85.1％.Conclusions There are lots of failing factors of the VSD in post-operation nursing,timely identification and targeted interventional method should be done to maintain VSD efficiency,thus to achieve the satisfied clinical treatment effect.
