摘　　要：介绍了云锡铜业渣选系统工艺流程,总结了前期生产实践中存在和遇到的问题,结合国内同类渣选厂生产经验,对工艺及设备存在的问题进行一系列改进,使设备运行稳定性大幅提高,材料消耗大幅降低,同时将尾矿含铜品位降至0.25%以下,效果显著。This paper introduces the process flow of slag flotation system of Copper Branch of Yunnan Tin Group, summarizes the problems existed and encountered in the preliminary production practice, and improves slag slow cooling process, SAG mill lining plate selection, middling treatment process and reagent system in combination with the production experience of the similar slag concentrators, the recovery of iron concentrate shall be cancelled to improve the stability of equipment operation and reduce the consumption of lining plate, grinding ball and reagents, meanwhile, the grade of copper-bearing tailing will be reduced below 0.25%, with significant effect.
