摘　　要：对新版国家标准《公共建筑节能设计标准》GB50189-2015中有变化的暖通空调内容进行分析、总结,并与旧版国家标准《公共建筑节能设计标准》GB50189-2005相应内容进行比较,对实际工程设计中常用的不确定性参数进行总结、列举。The paper analyzes and summarizes the changeof HVAC content in new national standard - Design Standard for Energy Effciency of Public Building （GB50189-2015）, makes the comparison with the relevant content in old national standard - Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Public Building （GB50189-2005）, and summarizes and enumerates the uncertainties commonly used in the practical engineering design.
