摘　　要：赤泥滤饼干法堆存工艺由于其产生的滤饼含水率小于液限,显著改善赤泥的物理性状,有利于赤泥堆坝,降低堆场建设成本,提高土地使用效率,目前是赤泥堆场普遍采用的主流工艺。该工艺主要包括:赤泥压滤、赤泥滤饼运输、赤泥滤饼干法堆存等几个方面。通过对技术内容分析,提出实际工程中的重要技术环节,为赤泥滤饼干法堆场设计和建设管理提供参考。Because water content in rod mud filter cake is less than liquid limit, filter cake dry stockpiling process can significantly improve the physical properties of the filter cake, which is in favor of rod mud dam, reduce yard construction cost, improve the efficiency of land use, it is currently the mainstream technology widely used in the red mud yard. The process mainly includes rod mud press filtering, red mud filter cake transportation, and rod mud filter cake dry stockpiling and pollution control. Through the analysis of technical content, the paper puts forward the key technical points in practical engineering to provide reference for the design of red mud filter cake dry stockpiling and construction management.
