摘 要:目的:调查农村卫生机构的知识资源管理及服务能力的现状。方法:多阶段分层随机抽样的方法抽取三个县,在三个样本区县中随机抽取一所中心卫生院和一所普通卫生院进行问卷调查。运用SPSS17.0统计软件对数据进行描述性统计分析、相关分析、因子分析和回归分析。结果:农村医疗卫生机构在知识主体、组织文化、环境因素、外部交流等方面存在问题,直接制约了其发展和服务能力的提升。结论:通过知识管理,实现对知识的共享、传递和创新,能够帮助农村医疗卫生机构及其工作人员提高医院及自身的整体素质和能力,最终有利于其服务能力的提高和分级诊疗的实现。The Chinese Health Service Management. Abstract Objective To study the status of ability to medical services in rural medical institutions based on knowledge man- agement. Methods Three counties were chosen by multistage stratified random sampling. And one center township health center and one ordinary health center were randomly sampled from each county. Data was analyzed with statistics software of SPSS 17.0. Results There had some problems in rural medical institutions, such as knowledge subject, organization culture, environment and communication, which had restrained its development. Conclusion Countermeasures of knowledge management, such as knowledge sharing, spreading and innovating, can be helpful to improve the quality and ability to medical services in rural medical institu- tions, and improve the classification for diagnosis and treatment.
