摘 要:医患冲突成为中国越来越受到关注的社会冲突形式之一,呈现出冲突频率增高、冲突烈度增强的特征。医患冲突的有效治理成为研究热点,目前的研究主要集中在医疗服务体制机制、医疗资源配置、卫生财政投入、医患沟通等方面。文章从刘易斯·科塞社会冲突功能理论的视角,采用定性研究的方法,分析目前中国医患冲突在正功能和负功能方面的相关特征,指出:在促进新组织诞生、激发新规范建立等方面的正功能不足,在带来医患群体割裂、损失社会资源、破坏社会秩序等方面的负功能过大是目前中国医患冲突最显著的问题。为治理者带来启示:治理医患冲突的有效途径是最大程度激发其正功能,约束其负功能。The doctor-patient conflict has been one of the mainly concern in social conflicts, with the characteristics of high frequency and intensity. Effective management of doctor-patient conflict is the hot topic in social sciences, and current studies main- ly focus on the medical system mechanism, heath resource allocation, health finance input and doctor-patient communication. This study adopted the qualitative methods to analyze the characteristics of positive function and negative function of doctor-patient con- flict according to the Lewis Coser's social conflicts theory. The results showed the insufficiently positive function of motivation of constructing new organizations and building new regulars, and massive negative function of doctor-patient split, loss of social re- sources and destruction of social order are the most significant problems in Chinese doctor-patient conflict. Therefore, the effective methods of governing the doctor-patient conflict were inspiration of positive function and constraint of negative function.
