摘 要:根据国家标准规定,要求对车用闪光继电器进行电寿命试验,确定闪光继电器电寿命试验过程中待监测的性能参数,提出相应的试验方案,并设计电寿命试验设备,该设备利用模拟负载来替代原有的信号灯负载。电寿命试验结果表明:试验设备可以准确检测出闪光频率、通电率、起动时间和触点电压等关键参数;模拟负载的设计解决试验过程中信号灯负载产生的光污染,优化闪光继电器电寿命试验环境,提高设备可靠性与通用性;同时,对单个试品在正常负载与故障负载时各个性能参数的变化趋势进行分析,为后续进一步进行产品的电寿命评估打下基础。Automotive flash relay electrical life test has been made according to the requirements of the national standard. Characteristic parameters to be monitored have been determined during the test. A test scheme is proposed and electrical life test device is designed. This device uses simulating load to replace the original light load. The test results show that this device can detect the characteristic parameters such as flash frequency, electrified rate, start t/me,contact voltage and etc accurately. The design of simulation load can solve the light pollution problem caused by the light load, optimize the testing environment, and improve the reliability and versatility of the device. The variation trend of performance parameters of single test sample under normal and fault loads are analyzed, and this lays a foundation for further electrical life assessment of automotive flash relay.
