中小城镇历史风貌特色传承原则与策略

摘　　要：城市的生命力应该在个性特质和人文气息中得到体现。中小历史文化名城是多元地域文化的重要载体。然而在国内轰轰烈烈的城市建设中,城市特色的缺失是重要问题,抓住当前历史机遇,通过风貌延续问题的研究应对上述挑战是该文研究的出发点。该文通过背景及问题分析,引入文脉主义和历史环境保护的理论指引,提出中小城镇风貌体系强调的完整性、真实性和延续性三原则。并总结出建设中应注重保持历史城区"空间格局"的完整,保持历史城区"空间形态"的完整,注重新建建筑"风貌形式"的引导,注重城镇居民"社会生活"的保持的四大策略。最后指出,关于中小城镇新建城区风貌延续及对不同地域的中小城镇的针对性研究应该值得重点关注。The vitality of the city should be reflected in the personality traits and humanistic atmosphere. Small and medium-sized historical and cultural city is an important carrier of diverse regional culture. However, in the domestic vigorous urban construction, the lack of urban characteristics is an important issue. Seizing the current his- torical opportunity, through the study of style extension problem is the purpose of this paper. Through the back- ground and problem analysis, the introduction of contextualism and historical environmental protection theory guide- lines, we propose a principles containning three facts for small and medium-sized cities and towns style system, which emphasizes the integrity, authenticity and continuity. We also points out that the construction should pay at- tention to maintaining the integrity of the spatial pattern of the historical city, keeping the integrity of the spatial form of the historic city, paying attention to the guidance of the new style of architecture, and paying attention to the four strategies of maintaining the social life of the urban residents . Finally, it is pointed out that the studies on the continuation of small and medium-sized cities and towns and the small and medium-sized towns in different re- gions should be paid more attention.
