摘 要:本文采用干法合成了淀粉均苯四甲酸酯,考察了制备淀粉均苯四甲酸酯的影响因素,并采用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征。淀粉均苯四甲酸酯是一种阴离子型淀粉衍生物,可将其用作水泥减水剂,考察了产品剂量对水泥净浆流动性的影响。最后讨论了该种减水剂的主要作用机理。结果表明,淀粉均苯四甲酸酯能够作为一种新型水泥减水剂,具有极大的分散能力。Starch pyromellitic dianhydride half ester was prepared by dry method. A variety of factors affected synthesis was studied. The structure of starch pyromellitic dianhydride half ester was characterized by FTIR spectroscopy. It is an anionic starch derivative and used as water-reducing agent. The effects of dosage on the starch pyromellitic dianhydride half ester were studied. Finally,its main action mechanism as water-reducing agent is discussed. The result indicates that starch pyromellitic dianhydride half ester is a novel kind of water-reducing agent with super dispersion ability.
