摘  要:本文建构了协同创新对学术产出质量的影响机制理论模型,注重考察国际合作、校企合作等协同创新活动对顶级期刊论文比例、篇均被引用数、高被引论文比例等直接、间接反映学术论文质量的变量的影响,采集了SciVal数据库北美大学联盟与中国"985工程"、"211工程"大学的相关指标数据,并根据理论模型进行路径分析,发现:中国高水平大学的协同创新机制在过去20年间逐步走向成熟;北美大学联盟通过学术期刊出版系统强化了其优势累积效应;中国高水平大学对国际合作的依赖性强;校企合作可能对学术产出质量产生负面影响。据此对我国大学协同创新提出了三点建议:注重学术积累,鼓励潜心研究;瞄准中国问题,开展国际合作;明确办学特色,善用校企合作。Based on literature review, this study constructs a model in terms of relationship between collaborative innovation and academic performance in universities. It mainly focuses on some impacts of international collaboration and university-industry collaboration on some core variables - such as paper citations, the percentage of highly cited paper and top journal paper - which either directly or indirectly reflect universities' academic performance. In reliance on a path analysis, the researcher analyzes the relevant indicators of Association of American Universities (AAU) and Project 985/211 Uni- versities in China in SciVal database. Findings are four-fold. Firstly, in the last 20 years, Chinese collaborative innovation mechanism steadily evolved. Secondly, AAU has strengthened their advantages through academic journal publishing system. Thirdly, Chinese project 985/211 Universities have strong dependence on international collaboration. Fourthly, university-industry collaboration may have a negative impact on universities' academic performance. Consequently, this study suggests that Chinese universities should re-build institutional environment in order to encourage research in a long-term phase and more international collaboration should be initiated to target Chinese problems. Finally, universityindustry collaboration should be congruent with university features.
