摘　　要：基于BorlandC ++Builder开发平台围绕Win3 2环境 (Windows9x/NT/ 2 0 0 0 )下的串行通信编程技术进行研究和实践 ,介绍了开发串行通信程序的不同方案的原理步骤和具体实现 ,并对各种方法的优缺点和适用环境进行了讨论。This paper is focused on the discussion of practical program technique of serial communication under Win32 environment (Windows9x/NT/2000)on the Borland C++ Builder platform.The paper introduces several different methods to realize the serial communication program for practical development in detail and compares the advantages and disadvantages of each method in the end.
