摘 要:论文中针对单级与(双级)功率因数校正开关AC/DC变流器的主要基础性能特征以及发展趋势进行了研究背景和实际应用等等方面的讨论和阐述,在此相关基础上,结合对应用于DC/AC逆变电源和AC/DC整流器的X2金属化聚丙烯薄膜电容器的失效进行了分析,探索了失效机理,经过对失效器件的解剖分析、扫描电子显微分析和X射线能谱分析、电化学腐蚀机理等实验手段,并通过高温高湿试验复现了其故障模式,验证了金属化聚丙烯薄膜电容器的失效机理。In this paper, we are seeking to improve the low to medium power supply performance by exploring new design techniques to develop a family of efficient, high quality low and medium AC-DC converters with reduced cost and improved reliability. And the objective of the research in this paper is to study the development of new converter topology that integrates AC/DC two-stage PFC schemes to produce new class of AC-DC converter with near unity power factor with higher efficiency and increased reliability with a near-zero output ripple. This is achieved by combining the advantages of existing single-stage and two-stage AC/DC converters.
