PFNA与DHS内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析对股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者实行动力髋螺钉(DHS)与股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)两种内固定方法治疗的效果。方法:在笔者所在医院实行治疗的股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者中选取90例作为此次研究对象,分为A组、B组,每组45例。A组患者实行PFNA治疗,B组患者实行DHS治疗,比较两组患者手术需时、患者出血量、住院天数、骨折愈合时间等临床指标,以及术后髋关节恢复情况。结果:A组患者手术需时、住院天数均短于B组患者,出血量少于B组患者,骨折愈合时间快于B组患者,髋关节功能恢复优良率(97.78%)高于B组患者(75.56%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者实行PFNA内固定治疗,可缩短患者手术需时和住院天数,减少患者手术出血量,加快患者骨折愈合,提升患者髋关节功能恢复优良率,值得推广。Objective： To analyze the effect of DHS and PFNA two kinds of internal fixation methods in the treatment of intertrochanterie fracture in elderly patients.Method： 90 elderly patients with intertroehauteric fractures treated in our hospital were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into A group and B group, 45 cases in each group.Patients in A group were treated with PFNA, the patients in B group were treated with DHS.The clinical indexes, such as the amount of bleeding, the length of hospital stay, the time of fracture healing, and the recovery of hip after operation were compared between the two groups. Result： A group of patients with surgery time, hospitalization clays were shorter than B group patients, bleeding was less than B group patients, fracture healing time was earlier than B group patients, hip function recovery rate of excellent and good（97.78%） was higher than that of B group patients（75.56%）, there were significant differences（P〈0.05）.Couclusion： Femoral trochanteric fractures in elderly patient with PFNA internal fixation can shorten the surgical patients and days of hospitalization, reduce the bleeding volume in surgical patients, to speed up the patient＇s fracture healing, improve patient＇s hip function recovery rate of excellent and good, worthy of promotion.
