摘 要:目的 探讨改装插入式耳机在纯音测听掩蔽中应用的可行性。方法 对慢性中耳炎患者进行纯音听阈测试。根据未掩蔽的气骨导结果,将受试组分为常规组和难题组。常规组定义为用围耳式耳机可完成骨导掩蔽测试;难题组定义为围耳式耳机掩蔽时骨导存在掩蔽困难,但改用插入式耳机掩蔽时可解决此困难。结果 常规组中,用改装插入式耳机和GSI插入式耳机掩蔽后的骨导在各频率处差异无统计学意义;在难题组中,用改装插入式耳机和GSI插入式耳机掩蔽后的骨导在0.25~1 kHz处差异无统计学意义,但在2、4 kHz处差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 改装插入式耳机在纯音测听骨导掩蔽中与GSI插入式耳机大部分相似,在常规的骨导掩蔽中及部分低中频骨导掩蔽难题中应用是可行的。Objective To discuss the feasibility of retrofit insert earphone in bone-conduct masking. Methods Pure tone andiometry was done for patients with chronic otitis media. According to the results of air-bone unmasked, all patients were divided into conventional group and puzzle group. The conventional group was defined as completing bone conduction masking test by headphone; and the puzzle group was defined as that bone conduction masking was difficult by headphone but insert earphone could solve the difficulty. Results In conventional group, the bone conduction in each frequency was not significantly different between retrofit and GSI insert earphone masked. And in puzzle group, the bone conduction was significantly different at 2, 4 kHz between retrofit and GSI insert earphone-masked (P 〈 0.05 ), while the difference was not significant at 0.25 - 1 kHz. Conclusions Retrofit insert earphone in pure tone audiometry and GSI original insert earphone are similar mostly in bone conduction masking. It is feasible for the application in the conventional bone conduction and some low-frequency bone conduction masking problem. (Chin J Ophthalmol and Otorhinolaryngo1,2016,16:411-414)
