摘  要:介绍了铸态高强度、高韧性球墨铸铁QT800—5悬挂支架的研制情况,主要技术措施是:(1)选用高c、低P、低s的优质球铁生铁;(2)加人少量的Cu、Mo、Sb等合金元素进行复合强化;(3)球化剂选用FeSiMg8RE3,包内孕育剂选用75SiFe,二次孕育及随流孕育采用自行配制复合孕育剂;(4)球铁原铁液的化学成分控制为:加(C)3.6%~3.8%,w(Si)2.5%~2.8%,w(Mn)0.25%~0.45%,w(S)〈0.02%,w(P)〈0.03%,w(Cu)0.2%.0.4%,w(Mo)0.1%~0.3%,w(Sb)0.01%~0.02%。试验结果表明:珠光体体积分数超过95%,含有少量铁素体,石墨球化良好,石墨球细小且均匀,力学性能检测数据符合技术要求。The development of casting high strength and toughness QTS00-5 nodular iron suspension bracket was introduced. The main technical measures were as follows: (1)Good quality nodular iron with high C,low P and low S was used. (2)A small amount of Cu, Mo, Sb and other alloying elements were added as strengthen compound.(3)FeSiMg8RE3 was used as the nodularizing agent,75SiFe was the inoculant in ladle,and self-prepared compound inoculant were using in secondary inoculation and concomitant with the flow inoculation. (4)The chemical composition of nodular iron liquid was controlled as w(C) 3.6%-3.8%,w(Si) 2.5%-2.8%,w(Mn) 0.25%-0.45%,w(S)〈0.02%,w(P)〈0.03%,w(Cu) 0.2%-0.4%,w(Mo) 0.1%-0.3%,w(Sb) 0.01%-0.02%. The results shown that the volume fraction of pearlite was more than 95%. The structure contained a small amount of ferrite. Good nodularized graphite were small and well distributed. Testing data of mechanical properties meet the technical requirements.
