摘　　要：苏州工业园区疾病防治中心将信息化建设广泛运用于实验室管理体系运行中,主要通过加快检测流程、客户服务、人才培养及日常管理等信息化建设来持续提升质量管理水平。结合工作实践认为,高效、快捷和准确的检测工作离不开信息化建设的发展,信息化建设有助于加强实验室综合管理,使管理体系运行持续优化,使之更符合准则要求,为客户提供高效、满意的服务。The information construction was widely used in the laboratory management system of Suzhou Industrial Park Centers for Disease Prevention and Control to promote the further development of the management system mainly by speeding up the testing pro- cess, customer service, staff training and daily management. It concluded that, fast, accurate detection work was inseparable from the development of information construction. It helpd to strengthen the comprehensive management of the laboratory, constantly optimize the management system, then made it more in line with the standard requirements and provide customers with efficient and satisfacto- ry service.
