摘　　要：目的 评价成都市成华区已建立的紧密型艾滋病病毒（HIV）检测体系的有效性。方法 利用χ~2检验分析2011—2015年成华区HIV检测体系与未建立HIV检测体系前的HIV阳性检出率的差别,利用Excel软件分析2011—2015年间HIV检测数的增长情况,以及年度考核情况。结果 2011—2015年,成华区新建立16个HIV检测点,HIV筛查检测数从2010年体系建立前的3 443例增加至2015年的7 376例,HIV检出阳性数由2010年的55例增加至2015年的161例;新增阳性检出率在2011年、2013年、2015年与2010年相比差异均具有统计学意义,HIV检测点的成绩考核情况优秀率由2012年的12.5%上升到2015年的64.3%。结论 成华区紧密型HIV检测体系建立及管理较为规范,能有效地进行分工合作,运转高质高效。OBJECTIVE To evaluate HIV testing system in Chenghua district of Chengdu. METHODS Using chi-square test to analyze the HIV positive rate differences before and after HIV testing system being established. Using EXCEL to analyze the degree of growth in HIV test amount and the annual assessment from 2011 to 2015. RESULTS There were 16 HIV testing point established in Cheng- hua District. Screening tests for HIV amount has being increased to 7376 in 2015 compared with 3443 in 2010. New HIV positive rate in 2011, 2013 and 2015 had significant difference compared with new HIV positive rate in 2015. HIV testing point＇s achieve- ment examination has been increased to 64.3% in 2015 compared with 12.5% in 2012. CONCLUSION It had been established a stan- dard HIV testing system in Chenghua District. The system had a clear division and cooperate with each other effectively.
