摘 要:采用等体积浸渍法制备了一系列Pt/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂,考察了制备方法对催化剂Pt活性组分分布及催化剂催化燃烧活性的影响,并利用光学照相、ICP/MS、XRD、SEM和电子探针等分析手段对制备的催化剂进行表征。实验结果表明,浸渍液中溶剂种类和竞争吸附剂的加入对Pt活性组分在γ-Al_2O_3载体上的分布存在影响,进而影响了催化剂的催化燃烧活性;在苯的催化燃烧反应中,乙醇作为浸渍液溶剂制备的催化剂D催化活性最高,当达到相同催化效果时,该方法制备的催化剂贵金属Pt用量较低。表征结果显示,催化剂D中Pt活性组分在载体上呈蛋壳型分布,壳层厚度约为15μm。A series of Pt/γ-Al2O3 catalysts were prepared through impregnation and characterized by means of optical photography, ICP/MS, XRD, SEM and electron probe. The catalysts were used in the catalytic combustion of benzene and the effects of preparation methods on the active species Pt distribution on the support and the catalytic activity in the catalytic combustion were investigated. The experimental results showed that solvents and competitive adsorbents in the impregnating solutions affected the active species Pt distribution on the support. Catalyst D prepared with ethanol solvent had the best activity in the catalytic combustion and the Pt dosage was the least under achieving the same catalytic effect. The characterization results indicated that the distribution of the active species Pt in catalyst D was in the form of eggshell on the support with the shell thickness of about 15 μm.
