摘  要:以丙烯酸甲酯和乙二胺为单体,采用发散法在纳米SiO_2表面接枝超支化聚酰胺,并用氨基乙磺酸进行端基改性,得到端磺酸基纳米SiO_2接枝产物(HB-PA-S);并对HB-PA-S在钻井液中的封堵性能进行了评价。采用FTIR、TG和粒径分析等方法分析了HB-PA-S的结构。表征结果显示,随反应代数的增加,氨基含量逐渐增加,但接枝率逐渐下降。HB-PA-S耐温350℃,接枝量为29.35%(w),中直粒径为413.1 nm,粒径分布较窄,分散均匀性好,聚结稳定性高。评价结果表明,HBPA-S的降滤失封堵效果很好,且添加量越多,滤失量降幅越大,HB-PA-S含量为5%(w)的封堵液体系的滤失量为11 m L。Hyper-branched polyamides were synthesized from methyl acrylate and ethylene diamine by divergence method with nano SiO2 as the core and then terminal sulfonic acid group hyper-branched polyamidoamide hybrid nano SiO2 (HB-PA-S) was prepared through modification with amino ethyl sulfonic acid. HB-PA-S was characterized by means of FTIR, TG and particle size analysis. The results showed that, with the reaction carrying on, the amino amount increased gradually, while the grafting ratio decreased. HB-PA-S had temperature tolerance up to 350 ℃, grafting amount of 29.35%(w), middle particle diameter of 413.1 nm, narrow particle size distribution, uniform dispersity and high coalescence stability. The plugging performance of HB-PA-S in drilling fluid was evaluated. The experimental results showed that the plugging effect of HB-PA-S was good, and when its dosage increased the reduction extent of fluid loss became larger. The fluid loss of plugging system with 5%(w) HB-PA-S was 11 mL.
