摘 要:用于磁耦合谐振式无线输电(WPT)装置的E类逆变器高效运行时所要求的条件极为苛刻,当负载、线圈耦合系数等参数变化时,易引起硬开关而损坏器件。为此,根据最佳工作点并留有一定裕度的方式设计了基于E类逆变器的谐振式WPT装置,使其具有较高的效率。同时为了降低空载损耗,以及实现过压过流、近距离保护设计了基于蓝牙的控制系统。最后研制了一台100 W实验样机,实验结果验证了设计方案的可行性与实用性。The class E inverter for magnetic coupling resonant wireless power transmission(WPT) device requires to work efficiently under very harsh conditions.When the parameters such as load,coil coupling coefficient change,hard switching may occur then the switch device will be permanent breakdown.A resonant coupling WPT device is developed based on the class E inverter, according to the best working point and a certain margin way, thus the device can have a high efficiency.At the same time,in order to lower the no-load loss, bluetooth is used as the control chip, and has realized the over-voltage protection,over-current protection ,and close range protection.Finally ,a 100 W prototype is developed and validated that the design method is feasible and practical.
