船用变频推进电机效率测量方法研究

摘　　要：在对电机效率计算测量方法研究的基础上,针对船用变频推进电机运行特点,采用转速率和负荷率对电机效率进行了理论计算。与实验测量值进行比较,结果显示电机转速和负荷较大时,计算结果准确。当变频推进电机采用压频比控制时,只需要测量电机电压电流即可通过计算获得电机效率值。A simple method is proposed to calculate the variable frequency propulsion motor efficiency using load ratio and speed ratio according the character of variable frequency propulsion motor for ship based on the study of motor efficiency testing method. The results of simulation and experiments show that the motor efficiency calculatied is accurate when the speed and load of motor is higher. The motor efficiency can be obtained by the proposed method through measuring motor current and voltage when the ratio of voltage and frequency is a constant.
