摘　　要：简快身心积极疗法是一套提升个体心理素质的学问,也是一套效果强大、快速和含蓄的技巧,将简快身心积极疗法渗透本科护理教育实践,针对实习阶段本科护生思想冲击强烈、心理问题突出的现状,加强心理辅导,引导护生修正思维模式,在培养过程中强调关注积极的心理因素,并将其作为开展教育的心理依据,势必会对护生的教育产生积极影响。Quick and active psychotherapy refers to the theory to promote individuals＇ psychological quality, and it can be regarded as powerful, fast and implicit techniques.Quick and active psychotherapy should be applied in undergraduates＇ nursing practice to help to correct their mode of thinking, since they are easy to receive ideological impact and fall into serious psychological defects.In the training process, the positive psychological factors should be attached great importance to and regarded as the basis of psychological education, which will draw positive influences on the education for nursing majors.
