摘　　要：公共图书馆视听音像服务受到读者欢迎,但服务过程中常常遇到种种现实问题的困扰。应根据音像文献服务特点布局各个功能模块,构建音像文献借阅藏一体化服务模式,做深做细前期规划工作,为更好地开展音像文献服务提供解决方案。The audio-visual service in public libraries is welcomed by readers. However, in the service process, there exist various practical problems. Every functional model should be distributed according to the feature of audio-visual literature to construct the integrated service model. We should make good preparations and plans in order to provide solutions for a better audio-visual service.
