摘 要:认宗医学的阅读疗法以独立于阅读个体特质的书方为研究对象,以类似临床数据为研究模式,把书方作为一种静止的、机械的结构对象来描述定性,追求可重复的普遍性而无视读者的个性化,忽视读者的阅读兴趣,是一种眼中无"读者"与"阅读"的阅读疗法。现代解释学、弗洛伊德的观点以及孙犁的个案,均不支持这种阅读疗法,而是强调阅读疗效有赖于阅读主体个性化特质对于书方的动态建构性。Reading therapy of imitating medical treatment takes bibliography that is independent of individual reader's characteristics as study object, follows similar clinical medical data as study model, qualitatively describes the bibliography as a static and mechanic structural object, and pursues reading interest that is ignoring both readers' personality and subjectivity. That is to say, it is a reading therapy which has excluded readers and reading. The modern hermeneutics, Freud's points of view, as well as the case of a Chinese writer, Sun Li, all do not support this kind of reading therapy, but emphasize that reading therapy should be dependent on readers' personality which may contribute to list bibliography dynamically.
