摘  要:针对串联锂电池组电压不均衡问题,研究了一种高效率的双向主动能量转移型均衡技术。以锂电池电压为均衡判断依据,反激式双向主动均衡电路为主电路,LTC3300-2为均衡电路驱动器,LTC6803-3为采集器,单片机为处理器,设计了一套串联锂电池组的电压均衡系统。实验结果表明,本均衡系统控制灵活、均衡电流大、损耗低、效率可达到90%以上,不仅提高了电池组的性能,而且有利于延长电池的使用寿命。For voltage imbalance of the lithium battery pack, an equalization technology of high efficiency bidirectional active energy type was studied. With lithium battery voltage as the balanced judgment, the fly-back bidirectional active balancing circuit as main circuit, LTC3300-2 as circuit drives, LTC6803-3 as collector, single chip as processor, a voltage equalization system was designed. The experimental results show that this system has flexible balancing algorithm, high balanced current, low dissipation, efficiency up to 90%, not only improve the performance of battery pack but also beneficially to extend the service life of battery.
