摘 要:在描述气相二氧化硅(F-SiO_2)商品特性的基础上,阐述了F-SiO_2作为铅酸蓄电池硫酸电解液胶凝剂的触变性质。介绍了F-SiO_2触变性的流变触变环测试方法,讨论了影响测定的三个主要因素,分别是样品静置时间、最大剪切速率、线性增加(或减小)剪切速率的持续时间。以两个实例强调了触变性对F-SiO_2胶凝剂的意义。The property of fumed silica (F-SiO2) goods was firstly described, based which the thixotropic property of F-SiO2 as a gelling agent for the sulphuric acid solution in lead-acid batteries was expounded. A method of hysteresis loop was introduced for the measurement of the thixotropy of F-SiO2 and the three main factors were discussed in detail which may influence the thixotropy determination, i.e., the standing time of example, the maximum shearing rate, and the duration of linear increasing (or decreasing) shearing rate. Finally, the two practical examples were showed to emphasize the significance of thixotropy for F-SiO2 as gelling agent.
