摘 要:通过研究电动汽车铅酸电池充电系统的设计方法及改进机制,分析了目前铅酸电池组在给汽车充电过程中遇到的问题,改进了充电电路设计,完成了包括主电路、信号控制电路、信号采集电路、PWM脉宽调制电路和辅助电源电路在内的无损充电系统。设计的充电过程能够按照蓄电池厂家给出的充电曲线进行充电,制定的充电策略对于减小电池不一致性增大的趋势具有一定的效果,同时可以有效防止过充,延长蓄电池使用寿命。By studying the meaning of the electric car charger and the status quo at home and abroad, the problems existing in the battery in charging process were analyzed, and the corresponding charging strategy was determined. The Iossless charging system including main circuit, CPU module, signal acquisition circuit, PWM pulse width modulation circuit and auxiliary power supply circuit, nondestructive charger device were done. This study design of the charging process charged as the charge curve given by the battery manufacturer. The charging strategy for the trend of increase with the decrease of the inconsistency of the battery had a certain effect, and could effectively prevent overcharge, prolong the service life of the battery.
