摘 要:目的为了研究超疏水材料的减阻性能,提出一种准确可靠的数值模拟研究方法。方法建立超疏水船舶的三维模型,对考虑自由液面时船舶的黏性绕流进行数值模拟。由于表面接触角是评定材料疏水性的一个重要参数,通过改变表面接触角研究相应阻力值的变化,并采用理论计算、数值模拟以及实验研究三者相结合的方法,验证该模型及方法在超疏水材料减阻性能研究方面的准确性。结果随着表面接触角的增大船舶行驶时所受的阻力减小。船体采用超疏水材料的阻力比采用亲水性材料的阻力减少了41%,比采用一般疏水性材料的阻力减少了24%。模拟中得出的船舶模型阻力大小与理论计算以及实验结果基本吻合,误差分别在4.6%和8%以内。结论通过船舶模型研究超疏水材料的减阻性能,提出了一种基于数值模拟的有效研究方法,为超疏水材料其他方面的性能研究提供了一定指导。The work aims to study the drag-reducing property of super-hydrophobic material to propose an accurate and reliable numerical simulation method. A 3-D model of ship made of super-hydrophobic material was built for the numerical simulation of viscous flow around the ship in considering free surface. Because the contact angle was an important parameter to evaluate super-hydrophobic property of the material, the change in corresponding resistance values was studied by changing the surface contact angle. The accuracy of study on drag-reducing property of super-hydrophobic material was verified with such model and method by integrating theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and experimental study. With the increase in surface contact angle, the resistance applied on the ship was reduced. The resistance of ship made of super-hydrophobic material was reduced by 41% compared to that made of hydrophilic material and by 24% as to the ship made of general hydrophobic material. The amount of resistance of ship model obtained in the simulation was basically consistent with theoretical calculation and experiment results and the errors were respectively within 4.6% and 8%. Through the study on the drag-reducing property of super-hydrophobic material based on the ship model, an effective research method is proposed based on numerical simulation to provide certain guidance for researches on other properties of super-hydrophobic material.
