摘 要:针对煮茧生产中存在的煮茧质量不稳定、煮茧机结构冗长、自动化程度低、适应性差,不能满足自动缫煮熟、煮匀的要求等问题,文章就减压煮茧新技术及设备进行分析研究,介绍一种新研发的由计算机自动控制的一体化新型减压自动煮茧机,并就其主要性能和煮茧效果等方面进行阐述。经工厂生产验证:减压煮茧机在降低缫折、提高生丝质量、减少水汽消耗、增强原料适应性等方面与传统工艺设备相比具有明显优势。In view of the existing problems in the cocoon cooking production including unstable cocoon cooking quality,too complicated structure of cocoon cooking machine,low automatic degree,poor adaptability,and failures in meeting the requirement of automatically reeled and uniform cooking,this paper conducts an analytical research on the new technology and equipment on the decompressed cocoon cooking. It introduces a newly developed decompressed cocoon cooking machine which is automatically controlled via computer and elaborates on its main functions and effectiveness of cocoon cooking. The factory production has verified that,the decompressed cocoon cooking machine has obvious advantages over traditional technology and equipment in the aspects of reducing reeling off,improving the quality of raw silk,reducing water consumption and enhancing the adaptability of raw materials.
