摘　　要：医院在综合考虑管理机构、管理经验、科室职能等因素的基础上,构建医疗质量考评体系。即实行三级考评,构建医疗质量考评三级网络,紧贴实际,细化考评方案;临床科室以质量考评为主,兼顾效率;以病人为中心,向服务倾斜等。科学有效的评价体系是医疗质量监控的重要手段,有利于促进医疗服务质量的提升。The medical quality evaluation system was established on the basis of comprehensive consideration of the hospital administration, management experience, and functional departments, etc. Through the implementation of three - level appraisal, the three - level network on medical quality evaluation was established to close to the actual and provide detailed evaluation plan; the evaluation of the quality was the major purpose among clinical departments, taking into account the efficiency ; it was patient - centered with tilting to the service. Scientific and effective evaluation system is an important means of monitoring the quality of medical care, which can promote the quality of medical services.
